The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces that the publication of the company's consolidated financial results for 2009 in accordance with IFRS is postponed due to objective reasons until Monday, 15 February 2010.

Legal basis: Article § 5 of the Annex to Resolution No. 363/2009 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board dated 27 July 2009 " Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System"
