| The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc, “the Company”, hereby informs that the entities named below were shareholders representing at least 5% of the number of votes at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held in New York, USA, on May 25, 2016 “the Meeting" - Milestone Scientific Inc.- the shares held in the Company vested in Milestone Scientific the right of 10,995,000 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 85.76% of the votes of the Shareholders present at the Meeting and for 49.98% of the total number of votes; - Tom Cheng - the shares held in the Company vested in Milestone Scientific the right of 1,075,000 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 8.39% of the votes of the Shareholders present at the Meeting and for 4.89% of the total number of votes. |
