The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (WAR: MMD, “the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs of the dates for the transmission of periodical reports in 2016:

Quarterly reports:
- 2015 4Q report – 1 February 2016;
- 2016 1Q report – 16 May 2016;
- 2016 2Q report – 15 August 2016;
- 2016 3Q report – 14 November 2016.

Annual report for 2015 – 30 March 2016.

Any changes of dates for periodical reports will be published as a current report.

Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
