MILESTONE MEDICAL: Appointment of an entity authorised to audit financial statements for the year 2016

The Board Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (“the Company”, “the Issuer”) informs that on May 25, 2016 the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the resolution on the approval and ratification of Baker Tilly Virchov, LLP as an entity authorised to audit consolidated financial statements of the Company for the fiscal year 2016. Baker Tilly Virchov, LLP was approved and recommended as independent auditor by the Audit Committee of the Board.
