| Ivry-sur-Seine, 22 June 2016 MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING HELD ON 21 JUNE 2016 Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext Paris: MBWS) announces the minutes of its annual shareholders’ meeting held in Paris on 21 June 2016. All of the resolutions submitted to a shareholder vote were approved by shareholders, and notably: • annual accounts and consolidated financial statements for the year to 31 December 2015; • the appointment of Mr. Hachem Belghiti and Mrs. Edith Cayard as new members of the Group’s Board of Directors. The results of the votes will be made available shortly on the Group’s website: http://en.mbws.com/. Lastly, the Group announces that its sales for the first half of 2016 will be published on 28 July 2016, after market.
