| Ivry-sur-Seine, 9 August 2016 MBWS RECOVERED TWO BILLS OF EXCHANGE FROM THE POLISH CUSTOMS, FOR SOME OF ITS POLISH SUBSIDIARIES Following the exit from their respective continuation plans on June 28, Marie Brizard Wine and Spirits (Euronext Paris: MBWS) and its Polish subsidies announce the lifting of the guarantees (off-balance) given to the Polish customs, in order to ensure the payment of their excise duties, for a total amount of 600 million zlotys ( € 140 million ) . This decision from the Starogard Customs Office, confirms the positive effects from the exit of the continuation plan, for MBWS and five of its Polish subsidiaries.
