Zarząd LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Emitent"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2014 z dnia 02.01.2014 r. dotyczącego terminów publikacji przez Emitenta raportów okresowych, informuje o zmianie terminu publikacji raportu okresowego LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. za III kwartał 2014 r. z dnia 12.11.2014 r. na dzień 24.10.2014 r. Podstawa prawna: § 6 ust. 14.2. Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with the seat in Wrocław ("The Issuer") with reference to current report no 1/2014 dated January 2, 2014 concerning the deadline for publication of interim reports, hereby announces the rescheduling of publication deadline of the Leasing-Experts S.A. interim report for the third quarter of 2014 from November 12, 2014 to October 24, 2014. Legal basis: § 6 item 14.2. of the Annex no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and periodic reports presented in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market"
