Zarząd Spółki LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 07 sierpnia 2014 r. na podstawie Uchwały nr 899/2014 Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. do alternatywnego systemu obrotu na rynek Catalyst zostało wprowadzonych 3.000 (słownie: trzy tysiące) obligacji na okaziciela serii B Spółki, o wartości nominalnej 1.000 zł każda. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect" ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. seated in Wrocław (the "Company") announces that on August 7, 2014 pursuant to the resolution no. 899/2014 of the Management Board of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A. to the alternative trading system on the Catalyst market has introduced 3,000 (three thousand) bearer bonds series B shares with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 each. Legal basis: § 3, item 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
