| Zarząd CIECH S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent” lub „Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 37/2016 z dnia 18.11.2016 r. oraz nr 30/2018 z dnia 27.11.2018 r. informuje, że w dniu 28.12.2018 r. spółka zależna od Emitenta - CIECH Soda Romania S.A. w Rumunii („CSR") zawarła aneks („Aneks”) do umowy na dostawy pary technologicznej („Umowa”) ze spółką S.C. CET Govora S.A. w Rumunii w upadłości układowej. Zgodnie z zawartym Aneksem, Strony przedłużyły termin negocjacji dotyczących ustalenia formuły cenowej na dostawy pary technologicznej w latach 2019-2026 do dnia 31.03.2019 r. Jednocześnie Strony ustaliły, że w przypadku nieuzgodnienia formułowy cenowej do dnia 31.03.2019 r. - Umowa rozwiąże się z mocy prawa z dniem 01.04.2019 r. Ponadto Strony uzgodniły nową cenę pary na okres do dnia 31.03.2019 r. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L Nr 173, str. 1) („MAR”). |

| In reference to current reports nos. 37/2016 of 18.11.2016 and 30/2018 of 27.11.2018, the Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer” or the “Company”) hereby informs that on 28.12.2018, a subsidiary of the Issuer - CIECH Soda Romania S.A. based in Romania (“CSR”) entered into an annex (the “Annex”) to an agreement for the supply of process steam (the “Agreement”) with S.C. CET Govora S.A. in composition bankruptcy based in Romania. Pursuant to the Annex, the Parties extended the deadline for the completion of negotiations related to the determination of the price formula for the supply of process steam in the years 2019-2026 until 31.03.2019. At the same time, the parties agreed that in the event of failure to determine the price formula on or before 31.03.2019, the Agreement would terminate by operation of law as of 01.04.2019.
