BTCS: Korekta raportu kwartalnego Emitenta za II kwartał 2025 r./ Correction of the Issuer’s Quarterly Report for Q2 2025

BTCS S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, ul. Plac Powstańców Warszawy 2, 00-030 Warszawa, wpisana do Rejestru Przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS 0000390734 ("Emitent"), w nawiązaniu do raportu okresowego Emitenta nr 11/2025 z 7 sierpnia 2025 r. informuje, że w dniu 6 października 2025 r., wobec stwierdzonego błędu natury księgowej, został skorygowany raport kwartalny Emitenta za II kwartał 2025 r. Wyjaśnienie błędu księgowego znajduje się w skorygowanym raporcie kwartalnym.

BTCS S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, at Plac Powstańców Warszawy 2, 00-030 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000390734 (the “Issuer”), with reference to the Issuer’s periodic report No. 11/2025 of 7 August 2025, hereby informs that on 6 October 2025, due to an identified accounting error, the Issuer’s quarterly report for Q2 2025 was corrected. An explanation of the accounting error is included in the corrected quarterly report.
