Frankowski was dismissed from his two positions of: i) the Director in the Management Board of Arrinera S.A. with its seat in Poland, andii) the Director in the Management Board of Arrinera Racing Ltd. with its seat in England. The reason for the dismissal is the loss of trust and confidence in Mr. Piotr Frankowski. |
