The Board of Directors of Agroliga Group PLC informs of the dates for the transmission of reports in 2014: Quarterly reports: - 2013 Q4 - 14 February 2014 - 2014 Q1 - 15 May 2014 - Annual report for 2013 - 15 June 2014 - 2014 Q2 - 14 August 2014 - 2014 Q3 - 14 November 2014 Any changes of dates for periodic reports will be published as a current report. Dates of reports after transfer to the main market will be published accordingly. Legal basis: Article 6 point 14.1 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules “Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market\"
