| Management Board of Work Service S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("Issuer" or "Company") - in addition to the current report No. 24/2021 of May 18, 2021, and current report no 27/2021 of May 26, 2021, regarding the announcement of the convening of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 15, 2021 (“General Meeting”)- encloses the content of the document relating to matter on the agenda of the General Meeting, i.e.: • Independent auditor’s report on a reasonable assurance engagement on the assessment of a remuneration report - regarding item 13 of the agenda as follows: ‘Adoption of the resolution on giving opinion on the Supervisory Board’s report on the remuneration of members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.’. At the same time, the Management Board informs that the above-mentioned document, along with all other materials for the General Meeting, was made available on the Issuer's website at: www.workservice .pl - Corporate Website - Investor Relations section - General Meeting tab. |
