| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Issuer", "Company"), with reference to the current report No. 54/2020 of August 11, 2020 on the conclusion of the Financing Agreement between the Company and Gi International S.r.l. with its seat in Milan, Italy ("Investor"), which provides for granting the Company by the Investor financing in the amount of PLN 210,000,000.00 ("Loan Amount") - hereby informs that part of the Loan Amount in the amount of PLN 30,000,000.00 ( "Part of the Loan Amount") that will become due as of today, i.e. December 31, 2020, will not be repaid on time. The Company and the Investor are in talks to establish new terms of repayment of Part of the Loan Amount. The current report containing information on the results of the talks will be made public by the Issuer immediately after their completion. As a result of the analysis carried out, the Issuer assumed that qualification of the above-mentioned information as confidential within the meaning of Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR, subject to publication in the form of this report, is justified. |
