| MARIE BRIZARD WINE & SPIRITS Press Release Ivry-sur-Seine, 3 September 2015 MBWS CONFIRMS ITS ELIGIBILITY FOR PEA-PME Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext Paris: MBWS) confirms its eligibility for the French PEA-PME (SME equity savings plan) set-up for the 2015 financial year. Indeed, Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits meets all the criteria to be PEA-PME eligible based on its last financial year. Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits shares can therefore be included in PEA-PME SME savings accounts that enjoy the same fiscal advantages as the traditional PEA (equity savings plan).
