Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. (“Spółka”) przekazuje w załączeniu treść uchwał podjętych przez Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie QuarticOn S.A. w dniu 13 grudnia 2021 roku („NWZ”).
Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że NWZ nie odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia któregokolwiek z punktów planowanego porządku obrad, a Akcjonariusze nie zgłosili sprzeciwów do podjętych uchwał. Podczas NWZ nie było również uchwał objętych porządkiem obrad, a nie podjętych przez NWZ.
Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 2 pkt 7-9 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (“Company”) hereby attaches the contents of the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. on 13 December 2021 (“EGM”).
At the same time, the Company informs that EGM did not waive consideration of any points on the planned agenda and the Shareholders didn’t submit objections any resolutions. During the EGM, there were also no resolutions included in the agenda and not adopted by the EGM.
Legal ground: § 4 sub-paragraph 2 point 7-9 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules „Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market”.
