| Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] informuje, że w związku z zakończeniem w dniu 27 kwietnia 2020 r. księgowań i podsumowania danych ze sprzedaży uzyskanych w kanale SaaS [software as a services] poprzez platformy e-commerce w I kwartale 2020 r. Spółka przekazaniu poniżej wspomniane dane. Informacja o kwartalnych przychodach ze sprzedaży w kanale SaaS w I kwartale 2020 r. zamieszczona jest poniżej, natomiast w załączeniu podane zostały te same wyniki sprzedażowe w formie tabeli. Klienci SaaS [średnia miesięczna] ilość: 75 Sprzedaż SaaS [kwartalnie]: 63 031 zł SaaS ARPC* [średnia miesięczna]: 281 zł * ARPC [Average revenue per paying customer] - średni przychód z aktywnego [płacącego] klienta obliczany wg. formuły przychody z segmentu SaaS [średnio miesięczne] / liczba płacących klientów w średnio miesięcznie. Wskaźnik ARPC prezentuje średnie przychody Spółki z jednego klienta [w danych powyżej w odniesieniu do segmentu SaaS]. Cały kwartał zanotował +13,3% dynamikę wzrostu [względem poprzedniego kwartału], przy ponad +16% wzroście średniego przychody z klienta (ARPC). W drugiej połowie marca nastąpił spadek liczby klientów w kanale SaaS, co pociągnęło za sobą lekki spadek sprzedaży w tym miesiącu. W pierwszym kwartale bieżącego roku Spółka pracowała także nad integracjami z nowymi platformami (m.im. z platformą RedCart.pl oraz Plentymarkets.co.uk), które wraz z innymi zostaną uruchomione w II kwartale br. Pozwoli to na ponowne przyśpieszenie wzrostu w tym kanale sprzedaży. Niezależnie od powyższego, na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu trudno jest jednoznacznie oszacować wpływ epidemii CONVID-19 na wyniki w kanale SaaS w dłuższej perspektywie. Jedocześnie Spółka informuje, iż przedstawione powyżej wyniki sprzedaży nie stanowią wstępnych wyników finansowych QuarticOn S.A., lecz w ujęciu kwartalnym przedstawiają dane sprzedażowe z systemu księgowego i fakturowego w kanale SaaS, natomiast ostateczne wyniki finansowe QuarticOn S.A. za I kwartał 2020 r. pozostają w toku agregacji i zostaną opublikowane w terminie późniejszym. |

| Subject: Information on quarterly sales revenues Legal basis: Article 17 paragraph 1 MAR - confidential information Content of report: The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. [“Company”, “Issuer”] informs that in connection with the completion, on 27 April 2020, of postings and summary of sales data obtained in the SaaS channel [Software as a Services] through e-commerce platforms in the first quarter of 2020, the Company provides the below mentioned data. Information on the quarterly sales revenue in the SaaS channel in the first quarter of 2020 is provided below, while the same sales results are attached in the form of a table. SaaS customers [monthly average] – quantity: 75 SaaS sales [quarterly]: 63 031 PLN SaaS ARPC* [monthly average]: 281 PLN *ARPC [Average revenue per paying customer] - average revenue from an active [paying] customer calculated according to the formula – revenues from the SaaS segment [monthly] / number of paying customers in a month. The whole quarter has recorded a + 13.3% growth [compared to the previous quarter], with an over + 16% increase in the average customer revenue (ARPC). In the second half of March there was a decrease in the number of customers in the SaaS channel, which resulted in a slight decrease in revenues this month. In the first quarter of this year, the Company also developed an integration with new platforms (including RedCart.pl and Plentymarkets.co.uk platforms), which will be launched together with the others in the second quarter of this year. This will allow the Company accelerate growth in this sales channel. Notwithstanding the above, as at the date of publication of this report, it is difficult to unequivocally estimate the impact of the CONVID-19 epidemic on results in the SaaS in the long run. The Company informs that the sales results presented above do not constitute the initial financial results of QuarticOn S.A., but in quarterly terms, they present sales data from the accounting and invoice system in the SaaS channel, while the final financial results of QuarticOn S.A. for the first quarter of 2020 remain aggregated and will be published later. |
