| Zarząd Play Communications S.A. („Spółka”) informuje o otrzymaniu od Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”) uchwały Zarządu GPW nr 948/2017 z dnia 16 sierpnia 2017 r., na podstawie której Zarząd GPW dopuścił do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym 3.708.444 (trzy miliony siedemset tysięcy czterysta czterdzieści cztery) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela Spółki o wartości nominalnej 0,00012 EUR każda („Akcje”). Jednocześnie, Zarząd GPW postanowił wprowadzić Akcje z dniem 18 sierpnia 2017 r. w trybie zwykłym do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym, pod warunkiem dokonania przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w dniu 18 sierpnia 2017 r. rejestracji tych Akcji i oznaczenia ich kodem „LU1642887738”. | ||||||||||||

| Admission and introduction of Play Communications S.A.’s shares for stock exchange trading on the Main Floor of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. The board of directors of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that it received Resolution No. 948/2017 passed by the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“WSE”) on 16 August 2017 based on which the WSE Management Board resolved to admit to stock exchange trading on the main floor of WSE 3,708,444 (three million seven hundred eight thousand four hundred forty four) ordinary bearer shares in the Company with a par value of EUR 0.00012 each (the “Shares”). Moreover, the Management Board of the WSE resolved to introduce the Shares to stock exchange trading on the Main floor of WSE beginning from 18 August 2017, under condition that on 18 August 2017 the Polish National Depository for Securities will register the Shares and label them under the code “LU1642887738”. |
