PHOTON: Photon Energy announces the establishment of a new subsidiary

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. informs that on 10 February the company received information that on 3 February 2010 its new fully-owned subsidiary Photon Import s.r.o. was registered by the Municipal court in Prague. The company is domiciled in Prague and has a base capital of CZK 200,000 CZK (EUR 7,661 or PLN 31,172) and will handle all imports from Photon Energy's suppliers of photovoltaic modules.
