| The management board of Photon Energy a.s. informs about the correct version of Report No 1/2010, published on 22 June 2010. The report did not include the name of the shareholder who transferred its shares. The correct content of the report: The management board of Photon Energy a.s. was on 21 June 2010 notified by Ms Venceslava Cacka, who owned 8.696% of the Issuer's outstanding shares and votes, that the shareholding was reduced to less than 5% of the Issuer's outstanding shares and votes by transferring the shares in the form of a gift to another shareholder who has no access to confidential information. |
