Onet.pl. is the most popular Polish portal
Onet.pl is Poland's most frequently visited web portal. According to OBOP, 60% of Internet users regularly visit its page, while SMG/KRC poll puts that number at 51%. Second in the rankings was Wirtualna Polska with 50% and 41% positive answers, respectively. The surveys show that foreign portals like Altavista and Yahoo are losing on popularity in favour of domestic counterparts. One of the fastest-developing new portals is Arena.pl., which is currently used by 22% and 9% of Polish Internet surfers.
