| Na podstawie Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE, Zarząd Orange Polska S.A.(„Orange Polska”, „Spółka”) informuje, że Orange Polska oraz Orange Brand Services Limited oraz Orange S.A. przedłużyły obowiązującą umowę dotyczącą użytkowania marki Orange przez Orange Polska na okres od 24 lipca 2018 r. do 31 grudnia 2019 r., bez zmiany warunków finansowych tej umowy. W dniu 18 lipca 2018 r. umowa licencyjna została pozytywnie zaopiniowana przez Radę Nadzorczą Orange Polska (powzięta głosami niezależnych Członków Rady Nadzorczej). Niezależnej oceny umowy licencyjnej dokonała firma PwC, która potwierdziła rzetelność warunków finansowych umowy dla Spółki. |

| Current Report (18/2018)Orange Polska S.A. – Warsaw, Poland18 July 2018 (translation of Polish version)title: Renewal of the licence agreement. Pursuant to Article 17(1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, The Management Board of Orange Polska S.A. (“Orange Polska”, “ The Company”) hereby announces that Orange Polska and Orange Brand Services Limited together with Orange S.A. reached the agreement to renew the existing agreement for the use of the Orange brand by Orange Polska for the period from 24th of July 2018 to 31st of December 2019 with no changes to the financial terms and conditions of the agreement. On 18 July 2018 the licence agreement has received a positive opinion of the Orange Polska’s Supervisory Board (adopted by Independent Members) and has been independently reviewed by PwC, which has confirmed the fairness of the agreement to the Company. |
