| Zarząd Spółki ManyDev Studio SE z siedzibą w Warszawie (dalej: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), niniejszym przekazuje terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2023 roku. Raport roczny za rok 2022 Emitent opublikuje w dniu 20.04.2023 r. (czwartek). Raporty kwartalne publikowane będą przez Spółkę w roku 2023 w następujących datach: Jednostkowy raport za I kwartał 2023 r. w dniu 25.05.2023 r. (czwartek). Jednostkowy raport za III kwartał 2023 r. w dniu 23.11.2023 r. (czwartek). Raport półroczny za pierwsze półrocze 2023 r. zostanie opublikowany przez Spółkę w dniu 28.09.2023 r. (czwartek). Emitent informuje, że na podstawie § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych nie będzie publikował raportu kwartalnego za IV kwartał roku 2022 oraz za II kwartał roku 2023. Jednocześnie Zarząd Spółki informuję, iż ewentualne zmiany dat przekazywania raportów okresowych będą podane do wiadomości w formie raportu bieżącego. Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 757) |

| Current Report No. 1/2023 Subject: Schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2023. Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: "Company", "Issuer"), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in 2023. The Issuer will publish the annual report for 2022 on April 20, 2023 (Thursday). Quarterly reports will be published by the Company in 2023 on the following dates: Standalone report for the first quarter of 2023 on May 25, 2023 (Thursday). Standalone report for the third quarter of 2023 on November 23, 2023 (Thursday). The semi-annual report for the first half of 2023 will be published by the Company on September 28, 2023 (Thursday). The Issuer informs that pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information, it will not publish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2022 and for the second quarter of 2023. At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that any changes to the dates of submission of periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report.
