MILESTONE MEDICAL: Withdrawal from the public offering

The Board of Directors of Milestone Medical, Inc. (the “Issuer”) informs of withdrawal from the public offering of up to 3 200 000 shares of common stock with a nominal value of 0,0001 USD each. The reason for withdrawal from the public offering is unfavorable situation in the financial markets resulting in lack of possibility of placing at a satisfactory level the issue of the Offered Shares. The Issuer will apply for admission and introduction to trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange of existing 22 000 000 shares of common stock.

The Issuer has filed with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority updating communication to the Prospectus containing information about the withdrawal from the public offering. The updating communication was also published on the website of the Issuer.

Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 point 1) of the Act on Public Offering.
