| Pursuant to Article 160 section 4 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act, the Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. (the “Company") informs that on January 11, 2016, the Company received a notification from Mr. Leonard Osser, a Member of the Board of Directors regarding his acquisition of Company’s shares. Mr. Leonard Osser is obliged to notify of the transaction due to the fact that he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, pursuant to art. 160 section 1.1 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act. Mr. Leonard Osser on January 5, 2016 acquired 250,000 common bearer’s shares of the Company. The transaction took place outside New Connect Market (organized trading). The transaction was executed in New York. Mr. Leonard Osser acquired the aforesaid 250,000 common bearer’s shares for the average price of USD 0.45 for one share, i.e. for the total price of USD 112,500.
