| Pursuant to Article 70 section 1 of the Act on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, Board of Directors of Milestone Medical Inc. ("the Company", “the Issuer”) informs, that on September 6, 2016, the Company received from its shareholder – Milestone Scientific Inc. the updated notification about the change in the number of their voting rights on the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders as the notification published in ESPI report no 6/2016 on June 17, 2016 required correction. The Company attaches the content of the received notification. The acquisition of remaining shares (as a result of share exchange agreement) as notified in the letter dated June 17, 2016 has not been completed due to the restrictions on issue of shares by Milestone Scientific Inc. imposed by the New York Stock Exchange. Consequently, Milestone Scientific Inc. expects that the acquisition of remaining shares would be completed in the first quarter of 2017. |
