Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. informuje, iż w dniu 23 września 2014 r. podjął uchwałę w sprawie emisji obligacji serii "D". Obligacje serii D zostaną zaoferowane w trybie określonym w art. 9 punkt 3 Ustawy o Obligacjach, tj. w trybie oferty prywatnej. Propozycja Nabycia Obligacji serii D zostanie skierowana do określonego Nabywcy Instytucjonalnego. O dojściu emisji do skutku Emitent poinformuje odrębnym raportem. Podstawa prawna: §3 ust.2 pkt 16) Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect". -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing –Experts S.A. announces that on September 23, 2014. adopted a resolution on the issue of series D bonds. Series D bonds will be offered to the procedure specified in Art. 9 section 3 of the Act on Bonds, ie. private mode offer. Proposed Acquisition of Series D Bonds will be directed to a specific Institutional Buyers. About the issue took effect the Issuer will inform in a separate report. Legal basis: § 3 item 2 section 16 to the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect Market".
