Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu informuje, iż w dniu 4 września 2014 r. dokonał przelewu kwoty odsetek za I okres odsetkowy od obligacji serii B (oznaczenie GPW: LEX0616) na rachunek Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. Środki zostaną wypłacone obligatariuszom w dniu 5 września 2014 r. - zgodnie z warunkami emisji obligacji serii B. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect” --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. seated in Wrocław, announces that September 4, 2014 transferred the amount of interest for the first period of interest on bonds of series B (designation WSE: LEX0616) on behalf of the Central Securities Repository of Poland. The funds will be paid to bondholders on September 5, 2014. under the terms of issue of series B. Legal basis: § 3. item. 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
