| The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") informs that the Subsidiaries of the Company signed General Agreement with UniCredit Bank. According to the agreement there will be three-years’ reutilizing credit lines opened with a total amount of USD 10 000 000. The money from the credit lines will be used to fill up working capital for the newly acquired land, to carry out Autumn sowing campaign and to finance grain-trading operations in the newly acquired elevator within the “Pererobnik" complex. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market. |
