Contents of the report:
The Board of Directors of KSG Agro S.A. (the "Company") informs that because of the technical mistake the number of the shares acquired in a period from the April 05th, 2013, and until April 12th, 2013 in CR #9 was pointed incorrectly. The correct number of the shares acquired in a period from the April 05th, 2013, and until April 12th, 2013 is 7 340 pieces. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
