PHOTON ENERGY N.V.: Publication date of the annual report 2016.

The Management Board of Photon Energy N.V. announces that the annual report for the period from 1 January 2016 until 31 December 2016, including the audited consolidated and standalone financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial and Reporting Standards as well as the auditor's opinion, will be published on 13 March 2017.
Legal basis: § 6 ust. 14 point no.1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System". Ust. 3 point no.16 of the Apendix Nr 1 to the Resolution Nr 293/2010 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated on 31 March 2010: “ Best practices of companies listed on NewConnect".
