LEASING-EXPERTS: Zakup aktywów o znacznej wartości - nieruchomość / The purchase of the assets of significant value - the real estate

Zarząd Spółki LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, informuje ,iż w dniu 05.08.2014 r. podpisał umowę zakupu w formie aktu notarialnego nieruchomości za kwotę 185.000,00 zł (słownie: sto osiemdziesiąt pięć tysięcy) PLN, zlokalizowanej w miejscowości Oława (woj. dolnośląskie). Inwestycja została sfinansowana ze środków własnych Spółki. Zakup aktywa jest związany z realizacją umowy leasingu nieruchomości zawartej z klientem w dniu 05.09.2014 roku, o której Emitent informował w komunikacie EBI nr 98/2014 w dniu 05.09.2014 roku. Zarząd Leasing-Experts S.A. podjął decyzję o publikacji informacji o zawarciu niniejszej umowy z uwagi na spodziewany wpływ zawartej umowy na sytuację gospodarczą, majątkową i finansową Emitenta w przyszłości. Podstawa prawna : §3 ust.2 pkt. 1 załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku New Connect". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with the seat in Wrocław hereby announces that on September 05, 2014 signed a purchase agreement in the form of notarial deed of real estate for a total price PLN 185.000,00 (in words: one hundred eighty-five thousand zloty) located in Oława (Lower Silesia Voivodeship). The investment was financed from the Company's own funds. The purchase of the assets is related to the realization of lease contract of real estate concluded with the Client on September 05, 2014, which the Issuer reported in the EBI report no. 98/2014 dated September 05, 2014. The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. decided to publish the report about this contract due to expected impact of concluded contract on the economic, property and financial situation of the Issuer in the future. Legal basis: § 3, item 2, section 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
