Zarząd Spółki LEASING-EXPERTS S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka", "Emitent") niniejszym informuje o zwołaniu Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki na dzień 17 października 2014 r. na godz. 12.00. Zgromadzenie odbędzie się w siedzibie Spółki.
