| Zarząd ”CIECH” S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”, „Emitent”) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 27/2019 z dnia 25 lipca 2019 r., w którym Emitent informował o korekcie Raportu Rocznego CIECH S.A. za 2018 r. oraz Skonsolidowanego Raportu Rocznego Grupy CIECH za 2018 r., przekazuje informację o korekcie Rozszerzonego Skonsolidowanego Raportu Kwartalnego Grupy CIECH za I kwartał 2019 r. („Raport Kwartalny”). Korekta Raportu Kwartalnego jest konsekwencją zmian wprowadzonych w Skonsolidowanym Raporcie Rocznym Grupy CIECH za 2018 r. Zakres zmian Raportu Kwartalnego został opisany w załączniku do niniejszego raportu. Spółka przekaże skorygowany Raport Kwartalny. Podstawa prawna: § 15 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. z 2018 r., poz. 757) (dalej: „Rozporządzenie"). |

| Subject: Correction of the Extended Consolidated Quarterly Report of the CIECH Group for the I quarter of 2019 The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company" or "Issuer") in reference to Current Report No. 27/2019 dated 25 July 2019, in which it informed about correction of the Annual Report of CIECH SA. for 2018 and Consolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018, provides an information on the adjustment of the Extended Consolidated Quarterly Report of the CIECH Group for the I quarter of 2019 (“Quarterly Report”). The correction of the Quarterly Report is a consequence of the changes introduced in the Consolidated Annual Report of the CIECH Group for 2018. The scope of the adjustments the Quarterly Report is described in the attachment to this report. The company will submit the adjusted Quarterly Report. Legal basis: § 15 section 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information delivered by issuers of securities and on conditions of recognition of information required under non-member state law regulations as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”). |
