| Zarząd CIECH S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent” lub „Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 11/2019 z dnia 01.04.2019 r., informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym spółka zależna od Emitenta - CIECH Soda Romania S.A. w Rumunii („CSR") otrzymała faksem pismo informujące o wypowiedzeniu umowy na dostawy pary technologicznej („Umowa”) przez głównego dostawcę pary - spółkę S.C. CET Govora S.A. w Rumunii w upadłości układowej („CET”). Okres wypowiedzenia Umowy wynosi 3 miesiące. Przyczyną wypowiedzenia Umowy jest brak możliwości dostarczania przez CET pary na warunkach określonych w Umowie, co w ocenie CSR ma związek z wypadkiem, który miał miejsce w kopalni węgla CET. Jednocześnie w przesłanym piśmie CET podkreślił wolę kontynuowania współpracy z CSR, zapraszając CSR do niezwłocznego rozpoczęcia rozmów w sprawie określenia nowych warunków dostaw pary technologicznej, które będą obowiązywać po upływie okresu wypowiedzenia Umowy. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L Nr 173, str. 1) („MAR”). |

| Subject: Information on the termination of the agreement for the supply of process steam to a subsidiary of the Issuer, and invitation to discussions related to the determination of the new terms and conditions for the supply of process steam Text of the report: The Management Board of CIECH S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer” or “Company”), in reference to current report no. 11/2019 of 01.04.2019, herewith informs that today a subsidiary of the Issuer - CIECH Soda Romania S.A. based in Romania (“CSR”) received a fax with a notice of termination of the agreement for the supply of process steam (the “Agreement”) with S.C. CET Govora S.A. in composition bankruptcy based in Romania (“CET”). The notice period is three months. The reason for termination of the Agreement is the inability of CET to deliver process steam on the terms specified in the Agreement, which in CSR's assessment is related to the accident which occurred in the CET coal mine. At the same time, in its letter, CET emphasised its willingness to continue cooperation with CSR and invited CSR to immediately commence discussions related to the determination of the new terms and conditions for the supply of process steam that will apply after the notice period.
