| The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. (the "Company") informs that the Company received a notification from ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (the “Fund") that the Fund has disposed the shares of the Company in stock-market transactions in Warsaw Stock Exchange, paid in October 4, 2012 and the Fund became an owner of the Company shares that gives the Fund less than 10% of total number of votes on the AGM. Before the disposal of shares the Fund held 4 953 081 (four million nine hundred fifty three thousand and eighty one) shares of the Company which was 11.22% of Company’s initial capital and was right to 4 953 081 (four million nine hundred fifty three thousand and eighty one) votes on the AGM which was 11.22% of total number of votes on the AGM. On October 9, 2012, the Fund is the owner of 4 354 909 (four million three hundred fifty four thousand nine hundred and nine) shares which is 9.87% of the Company initial capital and is right to 4 354 909 (four million three hundred fifty four thousand nine hundred and nine) votes on the AGM which is 9.87% of total number of votes on the AGM. Legal grounds: Article 70.1 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005; Articles 8, 9 and 11 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers of securities. |
