| The Board of Directors of WESTA ISIC S.A. informs on restructuring of the loans provided to the Company by Ukrainian banks. Under the terms of the new agreements, the repayment of the portion of the short term debt in the amount equivalent to USD 43 million shifted from 2012 to 2015-16. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 in connection with article 56.6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on the public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies. |
