| Mając na uwadze zapewnienie przejrzystej i efektywnej polityki informacyjnej, Zarząd Ten Square Games S.A. informuje, że szacunkowe skonsolidowane płatności użytkowników w grach (bez uwzględnienia przychodów odroczonych w czasie) Grupy Kapitałowej Ten Square Games w drugim kwartale 2023 roku wyniosły 101,0 mln PLN. W szacunkowej kwocie płatności 62,9 mln PLN odnosi się do płatności wygenerowanych przez grę Fishing Clash, co stanowi ok. 62% skonsolidowanych przychodów. Kolejne 24,3 mln PLN (24%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Hunting Clash. Płatności w poszczególnych miesiącach wyniosły odpowiednio: - kwiecień 2023: 33,5 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash – 20,5 mln PLN, a Hunting Clash – 7,9 mln PLN. - maj 2023: 37,1 mln PLN w tym Fishing Clash – 23,1 mln PLN, a Hunting Clash – 9,5 mln PLN. - czerwiec 2023: 30,4 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash – 19,3 mln PLN, a Hunting Clash – 6,8 mln PLN. Zarząd informuje również, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o przychodach ze sprzedaży, w tym w szczególności z uwzględnieniem przychodu odroczonego w czasie, będzie opublikowana w skonsolidowanym raporcie okresowym. Najbliższym raportem okresowym przekazywanym przez Spółkę jest skonsolidowany raport półroczny za okres zakończony 30 czerwca 2023 roku, który zostanie opublikowany 6 września 2023 roku. |

| Information on quarterly sales revenues (bookings) in Q2 2023In order to ensure a transparent and effective information policy, the Management Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated bookings in games (excluding deferred revenue) of the Ten Square Games Capital Group amounted to PLN 101.0 million in the second quarter of 2023.In the estimated amount of bookings, PLN 62.9 million relates to bookings generated by Fishing Clash game, which accounts for approx. 62% of consolidated revenues. PLN 24.3 million (24% of consolidated revenues) relates to bookings in the Hunting Clash game.Bookings in consecutive months amounted to:- April 2023: PLN 33.5 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 20.5 million, and Hunting Clash - PLN 7.9 million.- May 2023: PLN 37.1 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 23.1 million, and Hunting Clash - PLN 9.5 million.- June 2023: PLN 30.4 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 19.3 million, and Hunting Clash - PLN 6.8 million.The Management Board also informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on sales revenues, including deferred revenues, will be published in the consolidated periodic report. The next periodic report provided by the Company is the consolidated semi-annual report for the period ended June 30, 2023, which will be published on September 6, 2023. |
