| Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. ["Spółka", "Emitent"] informuje, że w związku z zakończoną w dniu 10 grudnia 2020 r. agregacją informacji nt. przychodów ze sprzedaży za miesiąc listopad 2020 roku, szacowane miesięczne przychody netto ze sprzedaży Emitenta w minionym miesiącu wyniosły ok. 395 tys. zł, co oznacza najwyższy miesięczny poziom przychodów od początku bieżącego roku. W porównaniu z analogicznym okresem 2019 roku, stanowi wzrost sprzedaży Spółki o ok. 5% i ok. 19% przyrost względem października 2020 roku. Spółka zakłada, że dzięki utrzymaniu wysokiego tempa pozyskiwania nowych klientów i wdrożeniu nowych produktów, trend odbudowy przychodów po trudnym, szczytowym okresie pandemii, zostanie utrzymany w kolejnych miesiącach. Zakładając utrzymanie się podobnego poziomu przychodów w bieżącym miesiącu Spółka ocenia, że w ujęciu narastającym za okres od początku października do końca grudnia br. przychody Spółki mogą kształtować się w przedziale 1,05 – 1,1 mln zł, co odpowiada wzrostowi o odpowiednio 11-17% względem 3 kwartału 2020 roku. Emitent zastrzega jednak, że wyniki za IV kwartał 2020 r. zostaną przedstawione po zakończeniu bieżącego kwartału zgodnie z harmonogramem publikacji raportów okresowych, który zostanie opublikowany przez Spółkę do końca stycznia 2021 r. Spółka nie przyjęła praktyki cyklicznej publikacji miesięcznych przychodów, niemniej z uwagi na fakt, że przychody za miesiąc listopad 2020 r. osiągnęły najwyższy miesięczny poziom od początku bieżącego roku, w ocenie Emitenta będzie mieć to wpływ na wyniki za IV kwartał 2020 r. |

| Subject: Information on sales in November 2020. Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. ["Company", "Issuer"] informs that due to the aggregation of information on revenues for the month of November 2020 completed on December 10, 2020, the estimated monthly net revenues of the Issuer in the recent month amounted to PLN 395 thousand [EUR 87 thousand], which means the highest monthly level of revenues since the beginning of this year. Compared to the same period of 2019, it represents an increase in the Company's sales by approx. 5% and an almost 19% increase compared to October 2020 (1). The Company assumes that maintaining the high pace of acquiring new clients and new products implementation, the trend of rebuilding revenues after a difficult, peak period of the pandemic will be maintained in the coming months. Assuming maintenance of similar net revenues level in the current month, the Company estimates that for the period from the beginning of October to the end of December this year, the Company's revenues may be in the range of PLN 1.05 - 1.10 million [EUR 232-245 thousand], which corresponds to an increase compared to the third quarter of 2020 by respectively 11-17%. However, the Issuer emphases that the results for the fourth quarter of 2020 will be presented after the end of the current quarter in accordance with the schedule of publication of periodic reports, which will be published by the Company by the end of January 2021. The Company has not adopted the practice of publication of monthly revenues data, however, due to the fact that revenues for November 2020 reached the highest monthly level since the beginning of this year, in the opinion of the Issuer, this will have an impact on the results for the fourth quarter of 2020.
