LEASING-EXPERTS: Wpisanie przez Sąd Rejonowy w Człuchowie prawa własności do nieruchomości/ Entering by the District Court in Człuchów the ownership right to real-estate

Zarząd Spółki Leasing-Experts S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu (dalej „Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 08.09.2014 r. powziął informację o wpisaniu przez Sąd Rejonowy w Człuchowie, V Wydział Ksiąg Wieczystych, prawa własności nieruchomości położonej w miejscowości Rychnowy na rzecz Leasing-Experts S.A. Spółka informowała o nabyciu nieruchomości w raporcie bieżącym EBI nr 82/2014 z dnia 06.08.2014 roku. Nieruchomość została nabyta celem oddania w użytkowanie klientowi na podstawie umowy leasingu finansowego o której Spółka poinformowała w raporcie bieżącym nr EBI 81/2014 z dnia 04.08.2014 roku. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with its seat in Wrocław ("the Company") announces that on 08.09.2014r. received information on entering by the District Court in Człuchów, V Division of the Land Registry, the ownership right to real-estate located in Rychnowy for Leasing-Experts S.A. The Company informed about the acquisition of real-estate in the current EBI report No. 82/2014 dated 06.08.2014 roku. The real-estate was bought to give it into use to the client on the basis of financial leasing agreement which the Company informed in the current report No. 81/2014 the EIB of 04.08.2014 roku. Legal basis: § 3. item 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the alternative trading system on the New Connect market".
