| The Board of Directors of IMC S.A. (hereinafter the Company) informs that Subsidiaries of the Company (PAE SLOBOZHANSCHINA AGRO and AGROPROGRESS PE) have entered into the Loan Agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter the EBRD). According to the above mentioned Loan Agreement the EBRD is lending USD 10 million to finance the renewal of the Company’s fleet of grain trucks that will support operational efficiency improvement and strengthening of export capacity. Loan accompanied by additional USD 3 million from Clean Technology Fund. |
