| The Board of Directors of IMC S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that it received Resolution No. 1084/2022 adopted by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., the “WSE”) on November 24, 2022, concerning the admission and introduction to stock exchange trading on the regulated (main) market operated by the WSE of 2,322,464 (two million three hundred twenty two thousand four hundred sixty four) ordinary bearer shares of the Company, with no par value each, issued in relation to management incentive plan (the “Shares”). In the abovementioned resolution, the WSE Management Board stated that, pursuant to §19.1 and § 19.2 of the WSE Rules, 2,322,464 Shares are admitted to stock exchange trading on the main market. Based on the abovementioned resolution, the WSE Management Board resolved to introduce Shares to stock exchange trading on the main market as of November 30, 2022, subject to their registration by the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) under the code “LU0607203980”. |
