Powołanie nowej osoby na jego miejsce powinno nastąpić wkrótce po WZA, w celu uzupełnienia wakatu w Radzie Dyrektorów, jak również w komitetach, w których pan Iorich zasiadał, a mianowicie w Komitecie ds. Audytu, Komitecie ds. Nominacji i Komitecie ds. Wynagrodzeń. |

His replacement is expected to be appointed shortly after the Annual General Meeting to fill the vacancy on the board and also committees on which Mr Iorich has served, namely the Audit Committee, Nominations Committee and Remuneration Committee. |
