Zarząd Spółki Planet Innovation Group S.A. z siedzibą w Rzeszowie podaje do publicznej wiadomości treść uchwał podjętych w dniu 29 czerwca 2018 r na Zwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki. Jednocześnie Zarząd informuje, iż podjęto uchwały dotyczące zmiany statutu Spółki w związku z nową emisją akcji serii G oraz że do podjętych uchwał nie zgłoszono sprzeciwów.

Podstawa prawna: §4 ust. 2 pkt 7 Załącznika Nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu “Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Management Board of Planet Innovation Group S.A. with its registered office in Rzeszów publishes the content of resolutions adopted on June 29, 2018 at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company. At the same time, the Management Board announces that resolutions regarding the change of the Company's statute in connection with the new issue of series G shares have been passed and no objections were raised to the adopted resolutions.

Legal basis: §4 par. 2 point 7 of Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and periodic information disclosed in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
