Contents of the report:
On 27 July 2010 the management board of Photon Energy a.s. received notification from Boguslawa Skowronska, the chairwoman of the Photon Energy a.s. supervisory board, a person with access to confidential information, that on 23 July 2010 she purchased the following shares in Photon Energy a.s. during normal market trading: 211 shares at a price of 5.33 PLN per share, and 6,473 shares at a price of 5.34 PLN per share for a total price of PLN 35,690.45. Prior to this transaction Mrs. Skowronska owned 50,000 shares and after this transaction her shareholding increased to 56,684 shares, representing a stake of 0.2465% of the share capital.
