| IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 09 October 2014 and 10 October 2014 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board member Rudolf Fries on the following two acquisitions by the FRIES Holding GmbH: - acquisition on 08 October 2014 of 510,000 Company’s shares at the price of 2.2304 Euro for each share (the total price for all these acquired shares was 1,137,504 Euro) - acquisition on 09 October 2014 of 340,000 shares at the price of 2.195 Euro for each share (total price for all these acquired shares was 746,300 Euro) Furthermore IMMOFINANZ AG (the “Company") acting pursuant to Article 160 Section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments hereby informs that on 10 October 2014 it has been notified by its Supervisory Board Member Nick J.M. van Ommen on the acquisition on 10 October 2014 of 10,000 shares at the price of 2.171 Euro for each share (the total price for all the acquired shares was 21,710 Euro). |
