| Zarząd spółki CI Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 13/2016 z dnia 17 października 2016 r., informuje, że w dniu 6 marca 2017 r. podjął decyzję o ustaleniu nowej daty premiery gry „Sniper Ghost Warrior 3” („SGW3”) na dzień 25 kwietnia 2017 r. Data premiery SGW3 będzie jednolita dla wszystkich obszarów dystrybucji na świecie. Gra SGW3 zostanie wydana równocześnie na platformy PC, Xbox One oraz Playstation 4. Zarząd Spółki podjął decyzję o przesunięciu daty premiery SGW3 na podstawie informacji zwrotnych od graczy testujących wersję beta tej gry. Przesunięcie premiery SGW3 o trzy tygodnie w ocenie Zarządu Spółki pozwoli na zaadresowanie uwag graczy. Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 7 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (MAR). |

| Current Report no. 19/2017Date: March 6, 2017Confidential informationSubject: Determining a new release date for the game “Sniper Ghost Warrior 3”The Management Board of the Company CI Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Company”) with regard to the current report no. 13/2016 of October 17, 2016, hereby informs, that on March 6, 2017, it decided to set a new release date for the game “Sniper Ghost Warrior 3” (“SGW3”) being April 25, 2017. The release date shall be the same for all distribution areas. The game SGW3 will be available simultaneously on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.The Management Board of the Company decided to postpone the release date of SGW3 on the basis of feedback from SGW3 beta players. According to the Management Board, the additional time of 3 weeks is necessary to address the said remarks of beta players.
