Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. (“Spółka”) przekazuje w załączeniu treść uchwał podjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie QuarticOn S.A. w dniu 26 czerwca 2024 roku („ZWZ”). Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że ZWZ zarządziło przerwę w obradach zgromadzenia do dnia 15 lipca 2024 r., do godziny 14:00. Po przerwie walne zgromadzenie spółki będzie kontynuowane w miejscu dotychczasowym, tj. w siedzibie (lokalu) spółki.

Podstawa prawna: § 4 ust. 2 pkt 7-9 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku
NewConnect”.

The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (“Company”) hereby attaches the content of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of QuarticOn S.A. on 26 June 2024 (“OGM”). At the same time, the Company informs that OGM ordered a break in the meeting until July 15, 2024, until 2:00 p.m. After the break, the general meeting of the company will be continued at the current location, i.e. at the company's headquarters.
