W związku z pkt 14 "Dobrych Praktyk Spółek Notowanych na NewConnect", Zarząd CARLSON INVEST-MENTS SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”, „Spółka”) informuje o incydentalnym naruszeniu przez Emitenta obowiązków informacyjnych, w zakresie nieprzekazania skonsolidowanego oraz jednostkowego raportu za 2024 rok w terminie zadeklarowanym w raporcie bieżącym EBI nr 1/2025 z dnia 7 stycznia 2025 r., o którym mowa w § 6 ust. 11 i 12 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu.
Przyczyną opóźnienia w publikacji ww. raportów był przedłużający się proces uzgadniania danych finansowych co uniemożliwiło Spółce zakończenie prac nad raportami w pierwotnie ustalonym terminie publikacji w dniu 2 czerwca 2024 r.
Zarząd podkreśla, że sytuacja ta stanowi incydentalne naruszenie Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu w zakresie terminowości publikacji raportów i nie odzwierciedla standardowej praktyki Spółki. Spółka dokłada wszelkich starań, aby zapewnić pełną terminowość i rzetelność przekazywanych informacji.

In connection with point 14 of the "Good Practices of Companies Listed on NewConnect", the Management Board of CARLSON INVEST-MENTS SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Issuer", "Company") informs about the incidental violation by the Issuer of its information obligations, regarding the failure to submit the consolidated and individual report for 2024 by the deadline declared in the EBI current report no. 1/2025 of 7 January 2025, referred to in § 6 sec. 11 and 12 of Appendix no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Regulations.

The reason for the delay in the publication of the above. reports was the prolonged process of reconciling financial data, which prevented the Company from completing work on the reports by the originally set publication date of 2 June 2024.
The Management Board emphasizes that this situation constitutes an incidental violation of the Alternative Trading System Regulations regarding the timeliness of report publication and does not reflect the Compa-ny's standard practice. The Company makes every effort to ensure full timeliness and reliability of the information provided.
