Zarząd R.Power S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu ESPI nr 17/2026 informuje, że w dniu 1 czerwca 2026 r. Zarząd Emitenta podjął decyzję o przydziale 100.000 obligacji serii 1/2026 o wartości nominalnej 1.000 PLN każda i łącznej wartości nominalnej 100.000.000 PLN. Prawa z obligacji serii 1/2026 powstaną z chwilą zapisania ich po raz pierwszy na rachunku papierów wartościowych danego Obligatariusza zgodnie z art. 7 ust. 1 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 roku o obrocie instrumentami finansowymi. Emisja obligacji serii 1/2026 planowana jest na 16 czerwca 2026 roku. |

ESPI – Current Report 18/2026 – Allocation of Series 1/2026 Bonds The Management Board of R.Power S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), with reference to ESPI Report No. 17/2026, hereby announces that on 1 June 2026, the Management Board of the Issuer adopted a resolution on the allocation of 100,000 Series 1/2026 bonds, each with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 and a total nominal value of PLN 100,000,000. The rights attached to the Series 1/2026 bonds will arise upon their first registration in the securities account of a given bondholder, in accordance with Article 7(1) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments.
